Architectural and structural evaluation and preliminary earthquake damage repair and renovation design of a 5,625-square-foot historic East Los Angeles park building and arcade.  Original building was constructed as a boathouse at Lincoln Park and completed before 1910.  It is currently used as an art gallery and exhibition space for the community.
