The site required substantial grading, amounting to 50,000 cubic yards of
cut and fill on a site, in order to create enough level area for the two
playing fields.
JDBA was also retained to provide the preliminary design for a subsequent
phase of the park expansion as part of a long-range comprehensive land
plan. That preliminary plan for an adjacent six-acre parcel includes:
- major topographic alterations and grading
- lighted 40-tee driving range
- two lighted putting greens
- lighted 10-station batting cages
- pro shop & food service facility
- maintenance & operations building facility
