James Black served as Project Director on this twelve-story commercial office building in the Wilshire Center area of Los Angeles.  JDBA has called the Wilshire Serrano Building home for the past eighteen years.  The building was completed in 1985 and encompasses 306,000 square feet and four below-grade parking levels.
