As Associate Partner at Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects, James D.
Black served as Project Director for these new office buildings, which
included 72,000 square feet within two two-story buildings.
The design team adapted a tilt-up concrete construction system to this
office project that had been more commonly used for warehouse facilities.
This innovation resulted in a substantial reduction in cost and schedule,
compared to steel frame structural systems.
