Project Manager/Architect
JDBA has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and developing design documentation from inception through construction administration. Qualifications include a degree in Architecture and five to ten years of experience in educational, institutional, and/or commercial projects, working knowledge of California Building Codes, ADA, experience in construction administration, and proficiency in MicroStation/V8 and/or AutoCAD 14/2004.
 
 
 
Job Captain
JDBA has an immediate opening for a Job Captain. The selected candidate must have a degree in Architecture and a minimum of five years experience in commercial and educational facilities. Applicants must be familiar with California codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD 14/2004 and/or MicroStation/V8 is required.

 
 
Business Development Coordinator
JDBA has an immediate opening for a full-time Coordinator for marketing and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparation of statements of qualifications, proposals, general correspondence, development of potential client database, research, phone and in-person contacts, and assisting in the development of the overall marketing strategy with the firm’s principal. Familiarity with SF-330 forms is important. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the A/E industry or related design or engineering profession. Key skills sought include excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in desktop publishing and web site maintenance a plus.
