JDBA updated the modernization program for Beverly
Vista Elementary and Middle School to assess the impact of completed
modernization
projects and evaluate future needs. Based on analysis of previous
architectural assessment studies and recent updates to the facilities, JDBA
revised the District’s plan to meet the changing needs of the school. As a
result of this study, JDBA recommendations included a new gymnasium and
below-grade parking structure.
